Attention when operate the machine . 

1. The air shower door is electronically interlocked. When one door is opened, the other door is automatically locked. Do not force the opening and closing of two doors at the same time, and do not force any door to be opened and closed when the system is running.

2. Blowing and showering time-after setting, do not adjust . 

3. Do not touch or use all control switches under normal blowing and showering conditions; 4. In the sensing area of people or goods, the system can enter the blowing and showering process after being sensed; 5. Do not transport large items from the air shower. Objects, so as not to damage the surface and electrical controls; 6. Air shower indoor and outdoor panels, do not hit with hard objects to avoid scratches;

7. The electrical equipment of the air shower room must be well ventilated and dry;

8. Do not move or rectify the air shower equipment that has been installed and positioned; if necessary, it must be guided by professionals; the ground level must be re-calibrated to prevent the door frame from deforming and affect the normal operation of the air shower room.

Four, installation and maintenance instructions

1. If the equipment needs to be overhauled and maintained, it must be operated by personnel who have received professional training;

2. The air shower circuit is installed in the box above the entry door. Open the panel door lock to repair and replace the circuit board. The power supply must be turned off when repairing;

3. The high-efficiency filter is installed in the middle section of the main box (behind the nozzle plate). The high-efficiency filter can be removed by removing the nozzle panel; (the high-efficiency filter can only be replaced but not cleaned)

4. The primary effect filter (for return air) is installed on both sides of the bottom of the air shower box (that is, after the orifice plate), and the orifice plate can be removed to replace or clean; 5. The air shower fan is installed in the air shower box. Bottom side, disassemble the return air filter

6. The door magnetic switch and the electronic mortise lock (double-door interlock) are installed in the middle of the door frame of the air shower room, and the electric lock face screw can be removed for inspection and maintenance;

7. When installing the door closer body, the speed control valve faces the door chain, and when closing the door, let the door close freely under the action of the door closer. Do not apply additional force, otherwise the door closer may be damaged.

5. Common faults and emergency maintenance measures of the air shower

1. If the air shower room can be opened when the shower is running-that is, the lock tongue has not completely entered the keyhole;

2. The door is self-locking or does not stop when it is blown, and the door is opened and enters the induction zone without blown—that is, the program has been messed up by wrong operation, please turn off the main power supply and restart according to the program to start normally.

3. After the installation of this equipment, a professional electrician must be sent to participate in the installation, commissioning and acceptance;

4. The maintenance and repair of this equipment must be completed by professional electricians participating in the installation, commissioning and acceptance. Other personnel are not allowed to operate the panel buttons and disassemble the panel for any reason without permission;

5 After maintenance, the original parts of the equipment must be kept, and the parts should be wiped and cleaned with alcohol in time;
